三.Machine features:
1)Horizontal structure and circulation processing is adopted in the machine. 2）Closing frame foundry structure is adopted in the main unit. Ii is with good rigidity and high precision and good holding.
3) The main spindle's structure is optimized, Frequency conversion stepless regulation(60-120r/min) is used in the main spindle. During processing the parameter can be controlled easy 4) Main spindle assembly and oil cylinder of tailstock assembly are all easy to dismantle and assemble and adjusting.
5） Flat ball feeder is adopted in the machine.Frequency conversion stepless regulation is used in the ball feeder. Speed of feeding ball can be controlled easy.
6）The ball feeder is connected with tailstock by adjusting gemel.
7）Oil cylinder diameter is increased and system pressure is decreased.
8）Stationary plate is moving adding pressure,Hydraulic driving adding pressure is adopted in the oil cylinder,open type hydraulic system,keeping pressure is stable and credible.
9）Guide pole of tailstock adopted minisize oil pump lubrication system. It is safe and credible.
10）Button station, electrical cabinet and hydraulic station three parts composed one. It is sole place and far away from cutting fluid, compact structure, easy operate, avoid cutting fluid effect on electrical and hydraulic components and lower trouble.
11）Main driving gear box is designed by ourself, realized no gear driving, easy assemble and adjust and vibration is very small to main unit. The motor is put the above of the box, decreased cutting fluid effect on motor.
12）Automatic grinding wheel dressing device is installed in the machine. The dressing oil cylinder is installed the outside of the plate. It is convenient to maintain and adjust.
