Bloggers, web designers or nonprofessionals who just want to edit their recent vacation pictures find it very difficult to process large number of images one by one through normal photo editing software. Batch processing software for images makes it easy to convert images into multiple shapes, sizes, formats, etc.

ImBatch is a latest batch image processing software with innovative features using which you can batch process images very fastly. The software is extremely light and has a very simple UI. Just add the image files you want to process by clicking on the ‘Add new images for processing’ icon (or Ctrl + A). You can also add a folder with the images you want to process by clicking on ‘Add folder with images for processing’ icon. The next step is to add the imaging functions or tasks you need for processing your images. ImBatch has lot of tasks which should be enough for all kinds of users (see image below).

A unique feature of ImBatch which differentiates it from the other similar tools is its ability to group a set of tasks into a bundle called as the ‘Task Structure’. The tasks which are combined into a ‘Task Structure’ will be executed one after the after in the sequence specified by you. There is a preview pane for viewing the previews of images which are going to be processed. All you need to do is to just click on ‘Run batch image processing’ (Ctrl + B) icon found on the top left of the software. The processed images are automatically stored with the desired alterations and effects. ImBatch supports a wide range of popular images formats (a total of 100) like JPEG, BMP, TIFF, GIF, ICO, PCX, PSD, etc.

If you generally repeat the same set of tasks routinely for your images, then you can save that group in the form of a .bsv file (Ctrl + S) and reload (Ctrl + O) them when ever you want later. Settings of the software like its language and action to be performed after completing the batch image processing can be configured by clicking on the ‘Configuration’ icon found on the top right of the software. Look of the software can also be altered by choosing from 6 skins. I liked the clean looking ‘Windows 8’ skin.

ImBatch is a nice batch processing software for images you can try. The software performed well without any hiccups during my test runs. I strongly recommended this brilliant image processing software.
